I’m sipping hot water with lemon, minced ginger, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. That is to say, I’m feeling a bit under the weather. I had a weekend full of travel and family and friends, and came home to a house left fairly undone. I made a delicious “beefless” pot roast, stuffing, and mushroom gravy last night, but forgot to take photos! Maybe I’ll try to fancy up the leftovers and post the recipe tomorrow or Wednesday. I can’t wait for the day that I can justify pulling out this decadent Pear and Ginger Ricotta Cheese Cake with Salted Caramel Drizzle. Definitely requires some sort of a gathering, because otherwise Miette, Casey, and I would probably down this in one sitting.

These Chocolate Rosemary Crackers seem like an elegant, easy solution for last minute bake sales and pot lucks.
